Listed my son as a sex offender when he is not, could affect his job search adversely. Contacted District Attorney offices in San Jose and at State of California

My son's neighbor brought an offendex report to his attention saying he was a sex offender with his photo. This is not true. But the website wants money to remove from its site. This is extortion and I have reported them to district attorney's offices and filed an Ic3 report which I recommend to anyone who has also been damaged by this fraudulent website especially anyone who has lost a job or relationship because of this horrible company. This site should be banned from the web altogether. It is not a legitimate website and in fact is illegal and I am hoping to have it shutdown completely
