I would avoid this seller and trade tang at all costs

Avoid no matter what. FACILITATES FALSE ADVERTISING! I put 2 purchases with industry tang, the very first was never recieved, the stated they'd re-post, 2nd period product never recieved, required 10 months to obtain my reimbursement.

The 2nd order was worse, received nothing beats what I requested, ordered "40 pce winnie the pooh combined plush toys" (thinking combined 4 x pooh figures), received combined arbitrary unfamiliar asian garbage not worth $2 not really a simple winnie the pooh character.

Challenge procedure recommended it mentioned "combined luxurious Gadgets" and so I am within the incorrect, regardless of the text "winnie the pooh combined plush toys" being the entire information outlined with only images of Winnie Pooh figures, not really a minor reference to additional characters and designs plush toys and no pictures apart from 4 x winnie the pooh soft toys. Return shipping was $85 and so I think vendor realized I'd not return it because of shipping expenses therefore determined they'd offload thier garbage they cant market in my experience. Challenge procedure was a fraud lengthy and incredibly annoying. After about 15 messages backwards and forwards to industry tang, the lady managing the challenge explained, she was not really acquainted with the things and also the listing, which was after she told me I had been incorrect whilst the listing mentioned "combined plush toys", just how can she arrived at that summary if she never looked over the listing. The vendor supplied false marketing however weren't necessary to modify or penalised by Industry Tang in anyhow, after I asked the things they might do to guarantee the vendor doesn't try it again, thier reaction was the feedback i keep for them is thier fee, and so I think they help bogus marketing. After 10weeks I confronted to create a state with my charge card organization and record them towards the Foreign concumer fee to that they decided to choose a $50 reimbursement (however outofpocket for $85, but was within the frustration of everything) and quit with $#*! Icant actually hand out.industry Tang apear to aid bogus marketing and that I might prevent this vendor and industry tang no matter what! I've purchased through countless offshore and online vendors for both individual as well as for my company and not had such problems.
