KStateHD. Tv Signed up. Didn't work. Company would not refund

Plain and simply, I signed up excited for to watch a game from home. I tried it on two computers for over 30 minutes. I waited to report it, but when I finally did, I received this notification:

Thank you for your inquiry. Per our refund policy, we will honor any refund request for unused monthly subscriptions within 5 days of the purchase date or the last renewal billing date and 10 days for yearly subscriptions. Your subscription was initiated September 1st and renewed on October 2nd so unfortunately, we will be unable to grant your request at this time.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
