Comcast: Billed for services that never worked - Cable and Internet

I have been with Comcast for the last six months and it has been a horrible experience so far.

I had a package deal with TV and Internet with a bonus HBO channel for 3 months free.
It all worked fine for the first couple of months. Sometime in June my cable stopped working.
I called Comcast support guy who came in and fixed it immediately. It worked for a day and then stopped. Not sure what was wrong. I guess it was the huge cable room mess in our apartment. Called Comcast again. This time the rep never showed up. Called them again and they said since they can’t fix it they would return the money charged for June and July once I return the equipment. I returned the equipment and called them back and they told me they wouldn’t pay me back. I recently checked my bill again and I’m still being charged for my cable. I just can’t deal with them anymore. The only time I get to check on all this is over the weekend and their offices are closed. Hoping I would have a better experience with AT&T or anybody else. Never COMCAST again. BTW they claim to make sure their users are 100% satisfied or money back
