Murrio Ducille MyfxEdge.com and Murrio Marcello Decille do not give refunds

I purchased Myfx Edge STP5 and a MAP's upgrade (trading ea's) for around $2022 in Jun 0f 2012. I did not like the performance of the Ea's so I asked for a refund within the 30 day money back guarantee time frame.

They responded with since it's summer the market are slow, so they offered me a extension till the end of September and 30 day trail to their build wealth program. I accepted the offer. On Sept 17th I emailed again asking for a refund and they asked for the brokers statements so they can audit.

I sent the broker statements and followed up a few days later. Ofter about a week of the run around they escalated me to someone that wanted to offer me other program. I declined and the person said that they will forward my file to accounting.

After about another week of the run around they said the manager will contact me in 2-3 business days. To weeks has passed since they and still no contact. I have been trying to get my refund for a month and just get the run around. Myfxedge don't care that I have been waiting this long because they don't intend to refund my $2022.

They act like they have 100 people working there when they probably work out of a house. They have bad products, bad horrible customer service, and no moral ethics or integrity. They have all the ingredients for a ripoff.
