Falsely advertised a deal for MY business without any approval, bogus deal

I own my own photography business that I set up last year. This little business is my baby and then I found out that it was on a deal site that it shouldn't have been on.

Waka Network had a deal up for my company, for an outrageous amount of $270 (that is with a 30% discount. I don't have packages to even match that except weddings which are higher. I had never even heard of this site, and just happened to google my small company's name to see what came up.

When I saw that it was listed under www.wakenetwork.com, I went to the page and saw the deal. I immediately started to make sure it was the same, and at the bottom, it had my phone number and location.

I called them and forced them to take it down, but a customer had already bought the bogus deal. My reputation is what gets me business, I will not have a scam site ruin me.

They also tried to get me to sign up and put in my credit card information before they took it down, I refused and informed them if it was not taken down tonight, I would contact my lawyer.
