Fraud: serving overseas they took my money and never responded

A friend and I ordered computers from internetishop.com. He ordered an AMD 64 laptop with all the extras for about $2,000 and I ordered a Pentium 4 3.2 ghz for considerably less, yet still pretty expensive. Both came pre-broken, his problem being the power supply, mine being that the keyboard would only respond to certain keys and give me incorrect keys for others.

He sent his computer back in as they had suggested, I just bought a USB keyboard which worked beautifully. I paid $120 to them for a replacement keyboard (although they kept trying to get me to give them my credit card info I paid through paypal). I have wrote emails, called them, and tried all I can to contact them, but a month later I have received absolutely nothing. The emails keep returning to me, the phone calls are all disconnected numbers, and nothing I do seems to work. My friend is also experiencing this same problem, and as he has a little more to lose, he's a bit more frantic about it.

I'm serving overseas right now so getting online and contacting someone by phone is hard enough, and i'm still trying to get my money back though I doubt i'll be able to. If anyone has any suggestions that would help please email them to me as I'd really like to get my money back and help him do the same. Thank you.
