I bought many products, including anything for my spouse on our wedding along with other weekend entertainment (schools, supper, after restaurant amusement, house providers, etc.). After spending over $400 for products, we attempted to make use of the item and services obtained. Our bill was erased by Groupon, they didn't have any report of my acquisitions, and declined to analyze or offer discounts. A partial reimbursement might have been okay. On a single event, we visited utilize our "seats" for a backyard exercise and unearthed that the organization didn't have any documents of our purchase. We did attempt to utilize our products many times prior to the termination time without success. We named customer support many times and on each phone Groupon mentioned that people didn't have a merchant account despite we supplied all info, including charge card bills and verification from Groupon. Groupon insisted that people NEVER applied their providers, whatever the verification emails obtained from Groupon. Groupon just mentioned that people didn't have a merchant account of course if we did buy, we didn't use from the termination time. They're earning money by taking from their clients.
