I bought a locket for my girlfriend from this website, but when we got it we realized that it wasn't quite what we were looking for and that we had paid $38 (including shipping) for a $20 Wal-Mart locket.

When I contacted the company to get a refund, I got a few different responses. First of all, I wasn't supposed to know it came from Wal-Mart. Second of all, they're going to charge me a 29% restocking fee (strange because how can they restock something they never stocked in the first place??? It came from WalMart!). Third, I have to pay to ship it back to them and I'm not going to get my initial shipping money back.

It was only $38 and at this point I don't care about the money. I just want everyone to know what shoddy service I got from this company and that they will rip you off.
