Verizon customer service stinks. They cut off our local FOX affiliate during the NFL playoffs. I tried to get a customer service rep on the phone and I was on hold for 45 minutes. When They finally answered, the guy didn't even know they had cut the station off. When I asked him what alternatives I might have to watch the
