The claim they are charging a 15% commission, which is already a ripoff because they take it out of the total INCLUDING SHIPPING. But guess what? When you're selling books and CD's, in which case they control the shipping costs, they are charging the customer for shipping an average 52 cents OVER what they are reimbursing the seller. They are in essence charging a handling fee when they handle nothing, and the cost of the padded mailers, tape, gas etc? Well that's skin off our butts I guess. I contacted them about this a few weeks ago and they played dumb, giving me a form reply that had nothing to do with my complaint. They are a dishonest company, watch out.
