Charged for registration w/o warning

I received an email w/offer to "bid" on items, then asked for personal information, but wasn't informed of IMMEDIATE charge of $99, which I provided the information. As soon as the charge came up on my account, I called back to CANCEL, within 30 minutes, & was told to wait, then hung up on. I sent an email to them right afterward explaining the situation & was told to wait another 24-48 hours, After reading other complaints, I can see how they cheat people, & I no longer wish to do business w/them because of this. I just want the refund I asked for!
