Credit not given for payment - Billing

Paid Time warner for our monthly bill. Its been 4 weeks and we have still not been credited for our payment. We submitted proof, A bank statement showing payment was taken out of our account, 3 weeks ago. When we call, they keep saying they need a few days to locate where our money went on their end. They have yet to give us credit on our account for the payment made. We have to pay again now, for this month. I don't wish to pay out money, and not get credit for payments paid if they are just going ot pocket our money, and mark our account as delinquent. We have called every week, been told the same thing, please wait a few days for us to investigate. 4 weeks now, nothing has been done. They say we OWE, we can prove we paid via our bank statement.
