Cable came loose yesterday and is literally hanging down into our yard. We have contacted Time Warner mulitple times and still no one has shown up to make the repair. Our garbage collector will be barreling down the alley first thing in the morning and is sure to tear it down completely since it's hanging low in the alley way. Did I mention it is also hanging right over our pool equipment?! Thanks Time Warner, once again, you've shown yourself to be awful when it comes to customer service.
