Red flag #1 - three guys show up in an economy car to fix my copier

Red flag #2 - Thomas isn't the one even attempting to work on my copier too busy talking to me about nonsense stuff

Red Flag #3 - Technician fumbles around like he doesn't know what he is doing. Says its my fuser but I google the problem and cant find anything out about a fuser. Tells me what it will cost I say never mind and he lowers the price. I agree but not comfortable, so I googled Thomas's full name while they guy fumbled around trying to assess the copier.

Red Flag #4 - Technician finally gets part out, wanst to take it to the car, odd never had a repair guy take parts to the car... And then tells me they will be right back they are going to run down to the local gas station (3 miles away) to use the bathroom. Uh, I have three here. RED FLAG RED FLAG&action: get them the hell outa here before they actually destroy my equipment or never return with my very expensive part. Asked my husband to retrieve my part and kindly ask them to leave.

Note to self: If you can't find more than source on the internet or get referrals keep looking.
