Ripoff - return policy not adhered to - never issued RMA# for return

I ordered a pillow from overstock.com for $39.99... Before i received it, i found the exact pillow in a local Target for $15... As soon as i received the item, i went online to file a return & get a RMA#... I never received the # & i went to their website to check on it, and it says "return period expired"... It hasn't even been 30 days since i ordered the item, much less since they shipped it!!!
