Ripoff, returned defective product, no credit issued

I recieved a defective Vivitar 3715 digital camera from Overstock, sent it back, received a replacement that died after one use, sent it back for credit and waited.

Ten weeks or so and no credit. I e-mailed them and they said I was issued credit on August 23, the same date of the original purchase. I verified with my credit card company that no credit has been issued by overstock and contacted them again. They replied promptly and said they would investigate and contact me within two days. That was five days ago.

It's bad enough they sell defective returned products with a short return period, then tell you how great they are for allowing you to initiate a return them within twenty days. Now after a bunch of calls and emails and months of waiting I still don't have and may never get my $102.69 back.
