Misrepresentation & INFLATED PRICING of Products

A rep from Green Tech Imaging called to "save our office money on ink and toner" by offering us HIGHER YIELD cartridges. Since they offered a preview before invoicing, I gave them a whirl. BIG MISTAKE!

Not only did the toner cartridges appear to be the same size as we buy from Office Depot, the invoice soon followed and the amounts charged us were OUTRAGEOUS!

I had difficulty reaching them but they called ME about paying the invoice at which time, I told them we were returning the cartridges. They quickly agreed to "adjust" the invoice and I paid them.

Seemed legit and fair so I gave them a second opportunity to match our prices on a different cartridge model and the same thing happened. They sent me the EXACT same cartridges I buy from Office Depot and marked them up approximately 60 percent!

I believe they use the "green" scheme to get folks to buy into their scam.
