Ripoff Got a used computer instead of a new one

Went into store to buy a new comp. One on display wasn't in stock so clerk Carrie got Mgr. And he had one out of box he would sell me for same price of one I was wanting. Hooked it up and it is a used one registered to Lori Hill. When I called the store I was transfered to several different people and right back to the original person. He told me that my comp should never have been re-sold without being cleaned up first, I paid new unit price for a used one. Been trying since 18 Mar 04 to remedy the situation without success.
