Hughesnet is TERRIBLE!

Hughesnet internet service does not offer the speeds they claim. When you attempt to get customer service to assist you they run multiple basic tests and NEVER have resolution.

Their resolution is they hope you get tired of speaking to someone about your problem. I have been to tier 4 support multiple times and NOBODY is able to give you even 25% of the speed promised in their "packages". They lie to and steal from their customers.
