One Web Direct
Bill rip-off!

I want to file a complaint about a business called One Web Direct bill. They have two different Addresses one in P.O. Box 612608 Dallas, Texas 75261-2608 and another one which they tell you to send postal mail to to file complaints. It is One Web Direct Bill P.O. Box 10428 Bedford, NH. Their phone number is 1-800-550-9958.
I received a bill in the mail saying I accessed their site and I now owe them $60 for two 6 min calls to the United Kingdom that I did not make.

They inturrupt my internet connection and automatically connect me to theirs without me even realizing what happened. Every time I notice what is happening I quickly disconect my modem. I then try and delete all the programs from my computer that have anything to do with that, but when I reconect they send it again to my computer. Every they make it harder to get rid of the programs they put on your computer and even making it impossible to uninstall.
