Techknow space swapped my fully functional motherboard for the failed motherboard while performing labour services on my Macbook Air

Please save yourself time and money and avoid this place at all costs.

I gave a fully functional laptop to these people, which needed cosmetic changes - display and battery to be replaced with the parts that I brought in. They gave me my computer back the next day with poorly replaced display and a fatal motherboard failure error upon start-up. I was shocked to see my computer in this state, considering that the day prior to dropping it off I was working on it and it was totally fine. I sensed that something didn't quite make sense, brought my laptop to Apple to get a full diagnostics of my laptop and sure enough they discovered that the serial number of my motherboard did not match to what they had on record for it. When I confronted technicians at Techknow Space of swapping my motherboard, they denied it (of course). I am bringing this to the trial as this is outrageous. Hope justice will be served.
