Etter direct is a terrible company. The people who work there are incompetent and the owners are crooks. They overcharge for everything while providing NO customer service. They only send you to the manufacturer of the product. I ordered over $93K worth of goods and they didn't even take my calls, much less deliver. Stay away from these liars and thieves.
