Advertises itself as an easy to use penny auction site but crashing problems and bad design cause you to lose all your money quickly

I signed up last night and paid $36 for a starter pack of 'bids' - but once I started using the site it was slow and full of bugs which caused me to lose 2 auctions. At the end of my first user experience I had lost close to $100 and got nothing in return.
