They lie about their prices!

I have a confirmation for $30.98. They charged my card $49.57. I called to complain and the lady said "didn't you read the disclaimer"? Well, yeah, but I would have thought that during the process of making the order they would be able to tell me if I was in an area that required a higher amount BEFORE they charged me! My first and only time using them and I don't know why I didn't just go with FTD! They have never lied to me about the price. And they said it's because of a rural area? That's crap I live in an area with over 1 million people in the area and there's no way it would be considered rural. Liars - that's what they are. DON'T use them! If you do, consider yourself warned.
