Acclaim subscriptions
Don't make the same mistake because of the pricing! Avoid these folks at all costs!

I will be on my fourth call to these folks in a week or so. It's been over 8 months now and my paid subscription has yet to be shipped! If I don't get my money refunded this time you will be seeing a story on the news. These folks are nothing more than a middleman who work through a fullfilment company that they apparently have no control over.in other
words they take your money and than call on your behalf if you have an issue like mine. You never hear back and are only given a link to track your account which requires your signing up with yet another password etc etc. It was last November I placed my order for a Christmas gift and nothing... I repeat nothing has been shipped!

Like another poster, I too had to get a new credit card issued shortly after working with Acclaimsubscriptions because of fraudulent online gambling charges my bank caught which started appearing on my account. Coincidence you ask? Draw your own conclusion that two people who've recently dealt with this company both had the same problem shortly thereafter. The person who took my order is no longer with the company i might add.

In short these guys sell themselves on price and i made the mistake of doing business with them. They look reputable but I would strongly encourage anyone to pay the little extra and go directly to any magazines website. Its worth the peace of
mind and I can guarantee a lot less frustrating.
