Emerchant i am being billed for an account that i have tried to cancel five times. Now there has been a deduction from my account for a website that i dont have and they cant refund my money because it is passe

This company was previously SMC. I ordered the package for a trial promotion. It was not what it said it was. I could not get in touch with my coach until three weeks after i recieved the packet.

When I finally got in touch with the coach he didn not really want to deal with me because i didnt want a website (7000.00 aproximately). I then tried to cancel the program. He said he would take care of it.

I then got a bill and I called again. There was no note that i had cancelled but i was then assured that it would be done. I have tried five times to cancel because i keep getting billed. Each time i was told that there was no record and they would take care of it.

Now there is a deduction from my account for a website that i never new existed because i cancelled. I called and they told me that it was past my 90 days and it can not be refunded. I was warned before from different people who had the same issue but i took a chance. This was the worst mistake. Now i have to close my accounts to make sure there are no deductions again.

I am sure that my account is still npot cancelled but they will never get another dime from me. I will constantly write reviews, blogs etc. To warn anyone who is thinking about this company to find another option. This is truly a rip-offf company.
