Merchant Accounts Rip OFF

I was promised jobs, all I had to do is sign up for a $59. A month merchant account.
That is when the horror began.
1st this was a friend... Not any more.
Second I had done graphic design jobs for him in the past.
So when he said sign up for this and I guarantee you I will throw more business your way. Then he said I have a client right now... All you have to do is build his web site for $5grand.
(Well I thought that was a bit odd)

So I sign up. NEVER HEAR FROM HIM AGAIN.

Now US Merchants is suing me. Even though I never used that account. Lets not forget... There are hidden charges every month 20.00 here 15 dollars there oh we forgot to tell you that?
Now US Merchants claims they only solf me the software? I didnt get that!!! They dont know anything about all the other charges but... They do know that they are going to sieze up all my checking accounts and taxes for 5-7 years. Unless I pay this.
I can resale it, but no one wants it.
I HAVE BEEN INFORMED NOT TO EVEN TRY WITH A ATTORNEY So I am over 3,500 dollars chump. Never AGAIN
