Thomas Kato Commissions never paid

I worked with Merchant Hub for over a year and it turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life. This company, owned by Thomas Kato is nothing but a true scam. Not only to the employees, but to all the merchants as well. I worked hard at generating new business for Merchant Hub. Only to be told that I was not getting paid my commissions/residuals anymore. For no legitimate reason. And it was not just me, it was many other reps as well.

I found out later, that credit card processing companies pay lifetime residuals. Merchant Hub does not.in fact, they push you to do business with people you know, just to get the merchants to sign with the company, then, they don't pay the reps. Not to mention, the rates offered to the merchants are high, compared to other credit card companies. I didn't know this, till later, unfortunately.

Across the board, if you're thinking of working with the company, or as a merchant, looking to do business with Merchant Hub, stay away from this company. They will hurt you at the end.
