Based on their customer experience, I would never order here again

I requested five disks, plus one CD-I received was incorrect. I have quit on obtaining the correct one. They 1) do not react by e-mail, 2) telephone numbers on site and on bill (various types) are possibly wrong or disconnected, and 3) their online return procedure seems to get into a dark hole. Centered on their client knowledge, I'd never purchase here again. Since I have've requested, though they cannot be troubled to come back some of my several emails, they currently constantly spam me with "irresistible offers".
