"This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with.

My daughters prom experience was totally ruined. She bought a VPONSALE dress for £100. When it arrived, the proportions were all wrong, some straps were far too long & some far too short, and the quality was terrible.

Then, 'Customer Service' was a joke. They said they were sure they had made it correctly and that if this was the case they would only give us a 50% refund. To check this, we would have to pay for postage to send it back to China. At £35 postage and having to take their word for it, this would have returned £15 of the original £100. They said that the Ts and Cs stated that we 'may need to make adjustments' but this is impossible if there is not enough material and surly not usual when buying clothes online. They also hide behind their China location and don't abide by the UK online selling rules.

I took photographs and sent them as evidence but even then they said they would need to see the dress. They have you over a barrel. Then when I asked them how much they would pay if they did make it incorrectly and they said they were a poor company with small profit margins and would I mind if they only paid 50%. So not only are they terrible, they also think they are a charity. If this is a Chinese cultural difference, they should not be doing business in Europe.

I only wish I had read these reviews as the negative ones all appear to be true.

By they time I had waited between 4 and 7 days between each of their email responses it was too late to do anything so I cut my losses and accepted a £30 refund and binned the dress. So my poor daughter and I had to find the additional money for another dress, 2 days before the prom.

So if you like the idea of spending £70 - pound;100 to get a 4 week Chinese email pen friend (with bad attitude) and a dish cloth, VPONSALE is the company for you. If, on the other hand, you are looking for a prom dress, I would recommend you go you go elsewhere."
