Services ripoff on thier financial services deceptive pratices Telephone To India

Dell Financial Services through their own internal failures or DECEPTIVE Practice can not seem to apply any payment on time which adds additional charges for late fees to your account. And don't even think of making a double or triple payment even if it is stated on the check to try and pay your account ahead, they don't understand and will call you the next month to tell you that your account is past do (if you can understand what they are saying) and the only thing they know is that they want a check over the phone to bring your account up to date.

Don't do that either because I was dumb enough to fall for it and now 3 months later they want me to send them proof from the bank that they got the money, which we did and tonight I will be sending it again to a different number now for payment research instead of payment verification (evidentally they can't talk to each other). If your happen to want a Dell - Please don't fall into the same trap — pay cash you will be money ahead. We have paid $521 on a $1187.44 purchase and as what the rep told me tonight if I want to pay the account off so they will quite calling me it would cost $1069.00 if paid within 7 days from today.

Don't try to call anyone to get an explaination of where the money has gone they can only take a check by phone (which doesn't get applied) and only want it for the amount due. If you want to talk to anyone else even a supervisor of the person who is giving you the harrassing phone calls they are quick to tell you they can not transfer you to a supervisor they can only make payment arrangements. If anyone knows of a way to contact soneone with Dell that can explain how such a good company has gone bad and resorting to taking dis-advantage of their payment plans — Please let me know.
