These charges went thru PAYPAL NOT SURE Did A Websearch It Came Up

I was checking my bank account and noticed two charges of 15.79 each from paypal, now not having used paypal in almost 6 months, I checked my account, there were two charges that matched the ammount withdrawn from this Betamax GmbH & Co. KG company, and in my research found that this has happened to a few other people. I am in the beginning stages, I called my bank they said I had to resolve it with paypal first and then if they didn't/couldn't resolve it, then I had to go into my bank and file a dispute there. I have contacted paypal today 11-25-07 and am now waiting.
