This company will not pay for work done

I did some computer repair work for this company and it has been over two months since I completed the work, with no payment. Every time I call, I get voicemail or wait on hold forever. The last time I did get someone they claimed the company was going through a cash flow problem, and I would be contacted within two weeks, that was a month ago.
