Fix computer issue

I was having trouble getting into my e mail and this safecart came up and said they would fix the problen for 39.95. I paid the money out of paypal and the told me that I had an application problen and Best buy would charge 300.00 to 350.00 to fix the problem but they would do it for me for 199.00. I said no and they said they would give me a one day special for 99.00 I said no and they said they could not fix the problem. I then proceded to call customer service and Yahoo and they reset my password and my computer is fine. I looked on my e mails and Safe Cart set me up on a monthly subscription to pay 9.95 a month for their services. I called Paypal and stopped this and now they will not respond to give me back my 39.95 Please Help me
