Complete scam. Advertised for 9.95 the charged 39.95. Computer problem not only not fixed but their software has made it 10x worse. Major problems now with the computer after their "fix". Read the fine print they will charge you a monthly fee of 39$. Call SafeCart who processed the credit card.
