Banneradvertising.com Lies about their service being available to all people surfing the net

Bob at Ebillboards lied to my brother and over the phone about everyone on the internet being able to see the top 3-4" of our website above the Google search page for any keyword we purchased. Bob had us "Update" our Internet Explorer that was really his little software patch that only allows those who download it to see the banner. He used BMW and a dentist to show us his services.

They had us pay by check becuse later we could not dispute it with our credit card/bank. The fine print on their contact states that you must down load their software to see the keyword banner ad.

I personally called many times and was given the run around by his customer service person and was lied to by Bob many times. He never once spoke to me about his special software patch being needed and said he didn't know why everyone else couldn't the ads. Then he just quit returning my calls and let my calls go to his message machine. Buyer Beware of this lying salesman named Bob.
