Messed up my computer so bad I cannot scan or print documents!!! No printing? You must be kidding me. They suck. Save your money go elsewhere, these people are a huge rippoff. The repair the did was most likely unnecessary, but not being able to print from my supposedly repaired laptop, with no warranty. Very BAD. Do not use this service ever. I will never use them again. They SUCK!!! I can't print from my laptop.
