What type of company are you??? You charged me fee's to set up internet service you could not provide which I did pay in advance!!! And when I'm not 100% satified with your lack of ablility to provide me with the service you charged me for and I cancel your company wants to charge me more fees??? I returned your modum at me expense, you charged me fees and refused to give a refund. I will not pay another dime of my hard earned money! So if you want to waste your time by sending me to collections for service you were not able to provide then I'll see you in court! Other wise make things right and zero out my account!
