Ebay customer service sucks, ripoff i"ve had it with them internet

My eBay user ID is plcc0. I have been a member of the eBay community over two years and I have finally had it with eBay customer service. I was billed for my eBay seller fees in the amount of $85.39 on 08/23.

On 08/24/05 I paid my fees in full via PayPal Instant Transfer from my checking account (Transaction ID #4EC222EPE7NYS).

Today, I received notice from my credit card company that eBay had charged $85.39 to my credit card account on 08/25/05.

When I was finally able to get through to a customer service representative concerning this matter, she advised that she was unable to refund the amount charged to my credit card. She said that she could provide an address where I could write and request a refund, however she said that it could take up to 30 days after receipt for eBay to process it.

She said that the only immediate remedy she could provide would be to issue me an eBay seller's credit which could be applied to future eBay seller's fees which I might incur.

I advised her that I would like an immediate refund to my credit card account and she said that would be impossible. I then advised her that I would be filing an immediate dispute of the charge with my credit card company and she said that would only delay the process and discouraged me from doing so.

I advised her that I am getting sick and tired of eBay's terrible customer support and she seemed totally unconcerned about the whole matter.

This type of customer service is reprehensible to say the least. Ebay had no problem billing my credit card after I had already paid. What's the problem with issuing an immediate refund??? They want their money NOW and that's okay by me. However... Why can't they do the same by me???

I want MY money NOW!!! Is that too much to ask???
