We absolutely will not be purchasing from below

I requested a notice file on June 1 out of this website. Our card was billed immediately. It's presently July 29 and that I still do not have my correspondence file. Today I've only invested an hour or so on-hold awaiting my order status. I did so talk to an individual and was set instantly on-hold. How difficult is an order to be tracked by it! We were on the market for all bits of equipment. We absolutely will not be purchasing from below.
