Total scam: advertise for a work at home, make instant money and once you pay the fee you get a "start your own web business" where they give you a "free" website for only $230

Total rip off. Signed up for a "work at home" gig on 06/13 and pay $100 then get a "start your own web business" where part of the deal is that they give you a "free" website for only $230. Was promised numerous phone calls, but they always called either super early or super late, never on time when I could talk to them. Finally spoke with a couple of "reps" who didn't know wo did what; where or when and told me that they couldn't care less if I wanted my money back. Sent in a "help ticket" wanting refund, no follow up since. Then to add insult to injury, they send me an email asking me to take a survey on service. Did the survey, told them I wanted refund and that they should put down the crack pipe.
