Fatbit.com and in particular this Manish (the owner I presume) is clearly the kind of companies that behaves differently before and after they received your payment. If you think about dealing with them and do not read every word of my story before, then you are certainly dumb and deserve to fall for this scam. Thank me and this article if you read this BEFORE you made any kind of payment to them!

To keep it short and interesting I ordered and website design package from Fatbit.com Fatbit.Biz Manish (one of the cheapest, it was $700 in total) and I had to send 50% of the payment before and the rest after the work completion which seemed fair and got me to make the mistake I am still pissed off I made over a year after = sending them $375!

Had to email to get acknowledgement of payment which is never a good thing and they told me that the deadline for the work completion was 4 (or 5) weeks from today.
