I placed an order for two purses and some glasses with Whole sale (aka) VPL. I had to have cash or money order at the door for the UPS man. I was already unsure when I had to pay COD so got a money order. When I opened my package one of the purses was ripped. I contacted them immediately through emails back and fourth they had me send my return to a different address stating that was the return department. I returned my purse and still no purse back and they cashed my money order that i didn't even sign.
