EZ Music Downloads/Solid Solutions rip-off! Program didn't work froze my system up, slow download, refused refund

I went to the site and downloaded the program. It was hard to start and run, after shutting down, couldn't re-start my computer. It took 30 minutes to reboot and get online again. I tried to get a few songs and for 3 songs it took 45 minutes on cable! After shutting down again it locked my system up and I had to remove the program.

I sent an email to support asking for a refund, they told me no and it was a legal contract. I disputed the charge with my credit card Co. And it was removed. 3 days later it was re-charged by Solid Solutions against me request with the card Co. Still waiting for reply via email from easymusicdownloads support.
