After spending over $500 and years on the website, they permanently banned me with a false accusation and ignored me after asking for justification

First of all, I have spent over 500 dollars in the past on habbo's pixel-goods or memberships and have been playing for more than 4 years. 4 weeks ago, when I normally tried to log on the next day, my account was denied and read this message: "You have been banned! The reason for the ban is "Your account has been frozen due to a problem with your latest payment transaction. Please contact our Customer Service team to help us resolve the issue." Now, I've never made any such payments for there to be a problem, so it's a totally false accusation and when i contacted their so called ^
customer service^, they replied after few days saying that they're investigating and to be patient, then they asked for my personal information and I provided them all of that in hope of being justified. This was 3 weeks ago and I havent heard anything since then. Until today, I have been emailing them but they are just ignoring me, they are not even telling me that theyre investigating, theyre just plainly ignoring me, i have even tried to get help from other emails about the same issue so which basically means that theyre ignoring MY issue. I also don't know what they're doing with my personal information, they are very unprofessional and now i cant even trust them with it. My help is being rejected by customer service, I am being ignored, I was a regular user, I have spent good amount of money in the past and a lot of time and have never violated it's terms. This is totally disgusting and rip-off, I bought habbo credits and spent time on habbo hoping to spend a good time and play games on it but I was wrongfully banned and rejected to justify it. I spent over $500 bucks when I started habbo and earned stuff on it by putting time and effort. Such kind of terrible business equals to fraud/scam, they basically took my money and time and then banned me as if I were a robot. This is humiliating and devastating. Usually, they help a request and close it within a week but its been 4 weeks that I am wrongfully banned from this website and ignored from all emails. I have been scammed by such a well known legit social website. Habbo definitely needs to be investigated upon its unfair ban of innocents whose money and time has been basically stolen by the website. I really hope you guys can help me out here. Thanks
