Freelancer.com cheated to my milestone payment and suspeended my account

Then i paid $75-$80 as milestone ($5 for site fees)... After 2 weeks today 06/14 i get a massage saying the user has aborted my project... Also my account suspended... I can't file dispute. Please giev me my money. I
