Terrible organization, won't conduct business together again

I purchased silver from their store, was informed they truly are not in-stock after spending. Waited, and was informed later they'll email when theyare in stock. Have not seen from their website since. Spoken to online assistance in regards to a reimbursement, have now been overlooked numerous occasions. Terrible organization, won't conduct business together again. I advise others not to conduct business both.
