Totally disgraceful organization

I put an order worth £60 with this specific organization to get a merchandise that marketed was available. They quickly got the £60 from my consideration after which sent me to express the item was no further available. After I examined my bank record per week later it confirmed that www.discountfootballkits.com had obtained the cash from my consideration and never returned... It. After I called up-to request why this had occurred the team were dismissive and blase. They stated they just approach a reimbursement should you obtain it. Totally disgraceful organization.
