Authorized Laptop Repair sold me on approval a refurbished laptop. It was defective and not as described. I returned it and was delayed, deceived and deflected and deferred when trying to get my money back. Today their phone was disconnected and I found out from the "getpayback" web site that ex-con Robert Bruce Pachaly (Bob) has a long career of ripoffs and deception. It cost me $335.
